World of Beer announced today that they have signed a 10-year lease with Campus Partners, a subsidiary of Ohio State University, to develop a new tavern location in the South Campus Gateway
The campus location is expected to open in March of 2015 and will feature a 4,113 square-foot bar with an adjacent 4,500 square-foot patio and beer garden.
Unlike the Easton and Brewery District locations which do not offer food, the new World of Beer will utilize the franchise’s “Tavern Fare” menu, offering sandwiches, main plates and appetizers, such as Giant Bavarian Pretzels and an Artisan Sausage Board.
World of Beer offers over 500 varieties of craft beer in bottles along with an extensive rotating draft list. The South Campus Gateway location will be at 1568 North High Street.
